Delete your account
How to delete your account and data in apps made by Deep Roots Tech LLC.
You can delete your account inside each app at any time. If you can’t get into the app, email us from the address on your account with the subject Delete my account and the name of the app. We’ll confirm by email and delete the account within 30 days.

Delete in the app
Tap the person icon on the Dashboard to open Account, then tap Delete Account.
What gets deleted
Your account, equipment, schedules, service records, readings, notes and photos.
TreeBid
Delete in the app
Open Account in the app and tap Delete Account.
What gets deleted
Your account, tree service requests, photos, videos and the property location tied to them.
What we keep
Deleted data is removed from our live systems right away and from backups within 30 days. We keep a record of a payment only when the law requires it, for example for taxes. That record has no photos or app content in it.
Apps without an account
Oh Hell! and Daily Verse don’t have accounts and don’t send your data to us. Deleting the app from your device deletes everything it stored.
Church Finder reviews and comments
Church Finder has no account. Your favorites and filters stay on your phone and are deleted with the app. Reviews and comments you post are shared with other people, so to remove one, email us the church name and what you posted, and we’ll delete it within 30 days.
Request deletion by email
Email us and a real person will answer, usually within two business days. Include:
- Subject: Delete my account
- The app name
- Send it from the email address on your account
