What TreeBid does

Homeowners take guided, measured photos and video of their trees. Tree companies get a scoped job with the work, tools, hazards and time to price it. Requests go to Deep Roots Services first.

Help with TreeBid

Why does the app ask me to walk away from the tree?

Counting your steps from the trunk gives the app a known distance, so it can work out how tall the tree is from the phone’s tilt.

How do I delete my account?

Open Account in the app and choose Delete Account, or email us.

Something isn’t working right.

Update to the latest version and restart the app. If the problem stays, email us with the details listed here.
