Oh Hell! privacy policy

Oh Hell! is a card game made by Deep Roots Tech LLC. We built it to collect as little as possible. We do not collect any personal information, and the app has no account, ads or analytics.

What stays on your device

Your settings, games in progress, scores and game history are stored only on your device. We can’t see them. Deleting the app deletes them.

Playing nearby

To find tables on your Wi-Fi, the app asks for permission to use your local network. Game moves are sent directly between the devices at the table. Nothing is sent to us.

Playing online (Apple devices)

Online play uses Apple’s Game Center. Apple handles sign-in and matchmaking, and other players see your Game Center nickname. Apple’s privacy policy covers that information. We don’t receive your Apple ID or contact details.

Shared game files

A game file leaves your device only when you choose to share it, and only with the people or apps you pick.

Children

The app doesn’t collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If the app starts collecting something new, we’ll update this page and the date at the top before the change reaches you.
